Shrimp Tempura – Kimbap

October 29, 2011

My third time making sushi rolls. I used regular rice, instead of sushi rice (which is normally soaked in vinegar mix), and so it is called Kimbap (Korean version of sushi, which usually uses KimChi).
Rice have to be softer than usual so it is easier to roll; And for the rolls with rice outside, need to put much more rice.

For the ingredients, I used my specialty Fried Shrimp Tempura, sausage, fried egg, and cucumber. Served with fish sauce (add lime and fresh chili)
